Warranty

All kits, mods, and tanks come with a 28 day warranty with True Vape Redditch Ltd from the date of purchase. After this you need to refer to the manufacturer’s warranty that is included with the kit. Please check your item for damage as soon as you receive it.

We have popular products from leading brands such as Aspire, Smok, Uwell and Wismec and e-liquids by Vampire Vape, Nictel, Sixlicks, Justjam and Double Drip to name just a few.

Faulty Returns/Refunds

If you feel your item is faulty we recommend that you contact us either by email at sales@true-vape.com or by phone 01527 759090 before returning the item, as we may be able to help rectify a suspected faulty item. Once you have done this and the item is suspected as faulty by us can you then return it. We will not accept any returns before you have contacted us. We do not offer a refund simply because you don’t like the item. As it is an oral product it can only be refunded if it is faulty.

The kit must be returned to us in its original packaging. You need to return it to us before the end of our 28 day warranty and allow 5 working days for us to check it. Once the item is confirmed as faulty we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty and you have a refund or a replacement sent, then we will reimburse you for the return shipping. We do not cover faults caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

The consumer can cancel an order by calling 01527 759090 before the order is shipped out. Once the item has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Unwanted Products

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s in its original, unopened packaging. The consumer must contact True Vape Redditch Ltd by either email at sales@true-vape.com or by phone 01527 759090 before returning the product. We are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have a broken seal or no seal at all.
Please note that the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return unwanted products.
